Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our website or placing any order. By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Orient Global Logistics (PVT) LTD website at oglcmb.com ("the Site"), placing an order for wholesale products, or engaging our freight and logistics services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

02 Our Services

Orient Global Logistics (PVT) LTD provides the following services:

  • International air and sea freight forwarding
  • Sri Lanka customs clearance and brokerage
  • Land transport and domestic courier services
  • Wholesale distribution of imported goods
  • Import on demand — sourcing and procurement
  • Supply chain and logistics consultancy

All services are subject to availability and are provided at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse service to any party at any time without obligation to provide a reason.

03 User Accounts

To place orders or access certain features of the Site, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Keep your password secure and not share it with third parties
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful activity.

04 Orders & Payment

All orders placed through our Site are subject to acceptance and availability. By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the goods at the stated price. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

Pricing: All prices displayed are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and exclude delivery charges unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without prior notice.

Payment: We accept payment via credit/debit card through PayHere and bank transfer to our Bank account. Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched. We do not accept cash on delivery.

Delivery charges: Delivery costs are calculated separately based on your location and order quantity. Our team will contact you with the exact delivery charge after your order is confirmed.

05 Delivery

We deliver island-wide across Sri Lanka. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control including but not limited to weather, customs delays, carrier issues, or public holidays.

  • Delivery times vary by location and product availability
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery
  • Proof of delivery may be required upon receipt
  • Failed deliveries may incur additional charges

06 Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis subject to the following conditions:

  • Damaged or defective goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence
  • Items must be returned in original, unused condition with original packaging
  • Custom or import-on-demand products are non-returnable unless defective
  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–14 working days

07 Freight & Logistics Services

When engaging our freight forwarding or customs clearance services, additional terms apply:

  • All freight quotes are valid for the period stated and subject to carrier availability and fuel surcharges
  • You are responsible for ensuring all goods comply with Sri Lanka import/export regulations
  • Accurate and complete documentation must be provided; delays or penalties arising from incorrect documentation are your responsibility
  • We act as your agent for customs purposes and are not liable for customs duty assessments
  • Transit times are estimates only and not guaranteed
  • We are not responsible for goods seized or detained by customs or government authorities

By engaging our freight services, you authorise us to act on your behalf with carriers, customs, and relevant authorities for the purposes of your shipment.

08 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Orient Global Logistics (PVT) LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website.

Our total liability in connection with any claim arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and design, is the property of Orient Global Logistics (PVT) LTD or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written permission.

10 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
