Receive partner's routing order, contact with shipper and report you the cargo status to enable you report to consignee and tracing the cargo, Any news you will be kept posted.
Book space with carrier one week or more before cargo could be outbound (surely the carrier we use must be approved by your side).Once space booked, pre-alert will be sent to enable you pre-alert your loyal client.
Send you final-alert once cargo on-board.
Send you HBL and MBL copy and other related docs once ready.
Provide any tracing information if necessary or required.
Receive partner's pre-alert, contact with carrier agent, terminal handling agent of airlines or co-loader for cargo details & cargo information, such as estimated arrival date, MBL surrendering information.
Pass information to our consignee and free advises of clearance information.
Double check the cargo arrival information and pick the delivery order from carrier agent or original AWB with airline from our customs supervision warehouse.
Release the documents to consignee.
Offer customs clearance and trucking service if necessary.
Send partner proof of delivery.
Accounting settlement.
